Beautiful house located in a unique location in Lloret de Mar. Only 400m from the sandy beach of Lloret de Mar and 200m from the beautiful and exclusive Cala Banys, a small rocky cove located in the middle of the Camino de Ronda. You can walk from the house to the beach and enjoy the crystalline waters that the Costa Brava offers you.
The house is distributed in 2 floors. On the main floor we find a spacious and bright living-dining room (TV) with access to the outdoor area, a small living room next to the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher...) and a small courtesy toilet.
On the upper floor we find the night area, where there are 4 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each one and the master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Also, there’s a wonderful terrace from which you can contemplate beautiful views of the sea. In this floor there is another full bathroom with a bathtub.
Finally, we have a spectacular and very large outdoor area, which consists of a terrace with furniture to eat, and also a chill out area to relax. In addition, the rest of the area is conditioned with top quality artificial grass and the private pool, ready to swim.
Outdoor parking area for 1-2 cars.
