Nice house, located in Lloret de Mar. Only 1.5 km from the beach and the center of town, just 10km from Tossa de Mar, near all services. The 300m2 house is on two separate floors. Upstairs there is a spacious living room (TV, satellite) with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190cm) and another with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is another living room (TV), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and exit to the outside area. A double room with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is a private pool with terrace, bathroom and barbecue of work. A/C and heating optional. Extra price for using it 150€/week.

Villa Cora is a charming 3 bedroom property built over 2 floors located in a very quiet area just 3,5 km from the lovely Cala Canyelles beach and 7 kms from the center of Tossa de Mar, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava! ¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava with family, it includes everything that you need to feel at home! It can accomodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 m2 and 850 m2 plot. Wonderful outdoor area with private swimming pool and amazing sea views. There is also a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast enjoying the nice sea views, barbecue and parking for 1/2 cars. On the 1st floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave , toaster and oven, a suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with single bed (90 x 190 cm) and another bathroom with bathtub. Good cost/benefit opportunity, it shows that it is a home that has been invested in. air, heating and everything you need, nice view in a quiet place near the town, the owner was always attentive and communicative, but the local administration has opportunities for improvement in terms of communication. During our stay we had a constant problem with a clogged shower and leaking to the first level so we decided to leave a day early. The owner refunded the money for the day we didn't use without problems, so despite that one problem I think it's a good recommended option. Español: Casa de dos pisos, bien equipada y con excelente relación calidad/precio. Situada en un lugar tranquilo con bonitas vistas. El propietario atento, aunque hubo problemas de comunicación con la administración local. Problemas con una ducha obstruida nos hicieron irnos antes, pero nos reembolsaron sin inconvenientes. A pesar de eso, es recomendable.

Das Haus bot grossartige Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Pool, geräumige Zimmer und 5 Badezimmer sowie ausreichend Platz für mein Auto auf dem Parkplatz. Leider war kein Feuerholz verfügbar, was schade war. Es gab einen Ping-Pong-Tisch, der uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Allerdings waren die Ping-Pong-Schläger beschädigt . Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Geweldig huis op een fijne locatie. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum en strand. De voorzieningen van het huis waren beter dan dat we hadden verwacht, zeer ruim en goed uitgerust huis.

Tolle Unterkunft, die ihr Geld auf jeden Fall Wert ist. Das einzige, was verbessert werden sollte, sind die zu wenigen Küchenutensilien. Außerdem gibt es weder Klopapier, Spülmittel, noch sonstige Dinge, die für mich eigl dazu gehören. Bei 5 Tagen Ausee more

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit ind vorallem die Terasse und der Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Würde die Unterkunft wieder mieten.
