Beautiful house with private pool situated in a quiet residential area, only 2.5km from the beautiful quiet and lovely beach of Canyelles, 3km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 6km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!
The house has a capacity of 10 persons.
Outside area of 825m2 with private garden and pool (8 x 4m) and a terrace where you will be able to have breakfast in the sun while enjoying spectacular sea and mountain views. There is a barbecue and parking for 1-2 cars.
The 125m2 interior space consists of a living room with TV and fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, oven), washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms (135 x 190cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Also, this accommodation has an apartment with separate entrance, with a capacity of 4 persons (total and maximum capacity 10 persons), that has a living room (TV) with a small kitchen (little fridge, microwave and a coffee machine), 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed 135x200cm and another one with bunk beds 90x200cm), and a bathroomwith shower.
