Nice house located in a very quiet residential area close to Llafranc Lighthouse, just 1500m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house belongs to a complex of 8 houses with a communal pool and garden, and it is divided over 2 floors. It has a maximum capacity for 6 people.
It has a furnished terrace with barbecue and a private garden where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with direct access to the pool.
The house consists of a living room with tv and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm) and 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90x190cm). 2 bathrooms with shower. Free WIFI.
Pets are not allowed. Only families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The house belongs to a development, with a communal pool and a pine forest where you will be able to enjoy peace and tranquility. The house is spread over 3 floors, with numerous internal staircases and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. Free Wifi and parking. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance, with a small living room with fully fitted sofas and access to the garden and the communal pool. On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and restored) with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and TV. Laundry room. On the next level there are 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds in both (90x190) and a bathroom with shower. On the floor above, you will find an en suite with double bed (150x190) and a bathroom with bathtub; a living room (TV) with access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy marvellous breakfasts in the sun. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Ideal for families with children because of its proximity to the beach and it’s pool. The villa & grounds were gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was lovely & pretty quiet when we were there. The location is great - 25 minute walk into Llfranc but up a very big hill on way back with no lighting. You’ll need a car ifsee more

The location is great - 25 minute walk into Llfranc but up a very big hill on way back with no lighting. You’ll need a car if you have kidsmobility issues. Parking is on the street round the corner (1 minute walk) but you can load & unload right outside. Be aware that air conditioning is only in the bedrooms & subject to an extra daily charge & extra charges for towels & sheets. Kitchen is well stocked for crockery & pans. All in all this a great place for families & so close to an array of brilliant beaches. All communication were easy.
