The house belongs to a development, with a communal pool and a pine forest where you will be able to enjoy peace and tranquility. The house is spread over 3 floors, with numerous internal staircases and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. Free Wifi and parking. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance, with a small living room with fully fitted sofas and access to the garden and the communal pool. On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and restored) with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and TV. Laundry room. On the next level there are 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds in both (90x190) and a bathroom with shower. On the floor above, you will find an en suite with double bed (150x190) and a bathroom with bathtub; a living room (TV) with access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy marvellous breakfasts in the sun. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.
