Maximum capacity 5 people. This property is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment is on the first floor with no lift and has a balcony with sea views. Living room with sofa bed for 1 (115x180cm), tv and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, gas cooker, microwave, fridge,washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom 2 single beds (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with bathtub. Ideal for families with children. Outdoor communal parking for 1 car included in the price. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The apartment is small and a bit dated, no luxury here, but if the weather is good that doesn',t matter. It was cold during our stay, but there are several efficient heaters. Washing machine useful (bring detergent).
